DESIGN CONCEPT

"I have always believed in 2 principle in golf design. 1. There should be some element of risk in every golf hole. If you delay taking on the risk from the tee, then the shot from the fat part of the fairway should be of greater difficulty than the previous shot. Risk as reward, should progress through the green. 2. Blind shots, hidden hazards are not fair and in my opinion is not golf.
